Clarity before decoration.
TEBI Groep is a group of companies in paving and infrastructure. I worked as Product Owner and UI/UX Designer, acting as the bridge between marketing, development, and management. The assignment covered the design and coordination of five B2B e-commerce platforms. Each site shared a consistent foundation and received features tailored to its audience and product needs. One platform focuses on the group's own product line. Another serves the TEBI Infra branch, which targets larger projects such as streets and neighborhoods. I led UX, design, and delivery while aligning requirements, priorities, and roadmap. I also helped implement and connect a custom Product Information Management system and NetSuite for reliable product and stock data. The result is a scalable B2B ecosystem that supports sales, logistics, and long-term partner relationships.
